The WTCD operates and maintains the public space and complex infrastructure at the campus, working closely with stakeholders, tenants, and business partners. The role of Digital Experience and Communications Manager is pivotal in shaping the digital presence and driving marketing and communication initiatives for this iconic destination, overseeing digital content, email campaigns, social media strategy, stakeholder communications, and customer service workflows.
