About the Role

As a Digital Experiences Specialist at Ologie, you'll be essential to executing and managing website projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Your focus on task management and communication will enable you to deliver web solutions that are user-centered, functional, and aligned with client goals and brand standards. You will play a critical role in completing projects on time, with high quality, and creating impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, breaking down large initiatives into actionable tasks with clear deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Use project management tools (like Adobe Workfront and Bugherd) to assign, track, and report on tasks across teams.
  • Monitor task progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
  • Act as the central point of communication between internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Regularly update the digital experiences director and other team members on project progress, key milestones, and potential risks.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration by gathering feedback, coordinating input, and ensuring consistency in web-related initiatives.
  • Manage routine updates to website content and assets, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Work with marketing and design teams to implement brand-aligned enhancements and user-focused updates.
  • Audit website performance and user experience regularly, escalating issues and proposing improvements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external development partners, managing communication, task assignments, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure project scopes and deliverables from vendors align with client goals and timelines.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address concerns related to task execution or quality.
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies and best practices, proposing solutions to enhance website performance and functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG) and security standards in all web projects.
  • Assist in developing and implementing scalable web processes to support team growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in web project management or coordination.
  • Certification in Google AdWords and Google Analytics; G4 is preferred.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.
  • Familiarity with basic front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Nice to Have

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with expertise in task management tools.
  • Experience working with external web development vendors.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet).
  • Familiarity with macOS.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in web project management or coordination.
  • Certifications in Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
