Key Responsibilities

Enhance the outside-in perspective by consolidating 3rd party consumer behavior and market trends data relevant for Digital Business.
Ensure market insights data is effectively placed to guide Digital Business teams and improve business outcomes.
Develop and implement tools, dashboards, and systems to standardize the way market insights are collected, processed and shared across teams.
Ensure tools are actionable, user-friendly and data usage is compliant.
Collaborate with CMI team to consolidate relevant insights on consumer behavior, market trends and competitors from third-party data sources that support market intel-driven decision-making for eCommerce.
Identify potential blind spots early, helping business teams address challenges before they impact performance.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of eCommerce markets and consumer behavior, ideally with experience in multiple geographies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting.
Experience developing scalable tools and systems for gathering and analyzing market insights.
