Digital Manager - Enterprise AI Solutions & Market Strategy - Remote

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to Huron's AI Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to drive revenue-generating AI solutions in partnership with Industry and Digital Capability Leads
• Manage AI solution sales and product development, from ideation to launch, including pricing, build vs. buy vs. partner decisions, feature development, communications, marketing and continuous improvement
• Engage, communicate and upskill leadership, project/practice teams and individuals to grow AI competency and capability across Huron
• Act as the AI Innovation & Capability Center (AICC) 'front door' to elicit early-stage product ideas, understand customer challenges, gather solution feedback and research industry/product trends
• Apply deep industry knowledge in 1+ industries and tailor solutions and GTM plans with industry context
• Proficiently design user interfaces and user experiences, including developing prototypes, personas, user stories and compelling PowerPoint presentations
• Maintain basic awareness of technical architecture and infrastructure to deploy AI solutions in enterprise-grade production environments
• Lead program and financial management, project delivery, client and team leadership, and relationship management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale transformation with AI integration
• 5+ years of experience in AI product management, including developing and delivering GTM strategies for Machine Learning, LLM, Generative AI and related AI applications
• Proven ability to collaborate across matrixed consulting firm structures and build strategic partnerships with Industry, Capability, and Account leaders
• Flexible living locations across US or Canada, with ability to travel as needed

Qualifications

• Experience embedding AI into multi-disciplinary, integrative consulting teams
• Proficiency in user interface/user experience design
• Basic awareness of technical architecture and infrastructure for AI deployment

• Total estimated compensation range of $166,750 - $212,500 USD including base salary and incentive
