Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and create audience targeting strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality.
• Track ad spend and provide regular performance reports.
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, and events.
• Maintain a marketing calendar with deadlines and deliverables.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce content.
• Schedule and post social media content across company channels.
• Assist with website updates, landing pages, and SEO improvements.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and track results.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews in a professional manner.
• Provide monthly reports on advertising, social media, and campaign results.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities for market growth.
• Suggest new advertising channels and creative strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management.
• Strong understanding of PPC, targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics.
• Experience with Google Analytics and tracking conversions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience in the construction or home services industry.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Preferred).
• Google AdWords: 1 year (Preferred).
• Social media management: 1 year (Preferred).
