About the Role

Hopewell In-Home Senior Care is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Events Director for a Part-Time/PRN position. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to promote the company's services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. The position requires close collaboration with team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and involves managing multiple marketing tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including community events, social media, website, email, and print.
  • Create and edit graphics for social media, print, and other special projects as needed.
  • Produce the monthly community newsletter using InDesign and manage the newsletter mailing list.
  • Manage promotional item inventory, coordinate with vendors for reorders, and track promotional item usage monthly.
  • Create, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage online reputation through review management and dispatching to teams for quality control.
  • Manage social customer care, including lead requests via social media, questions, and inquiries.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day marketing department tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • AHCA Level II Background Screen Eligibility.
  • Proficient in event planning, social media platforms, graphic design, and marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • High level of Graphic Design experience and complete knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Website SEO, Google Ads, and Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Experience in marketing collateral creation and campaign performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • AHCA Level II Background Screen Eligibility.
