About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a professional social media presence that reflects Excel Engineering's values, projects, and service capabilities.
• Creates technical and client-oriented content such as project spotlights, safety tips, and regulatory updates to engage engineers, clients, and industry partners.
• Identifies emerging platforms and trends relevant to technical audiences and decision-makers.
• Responds to online inquiries and feedback with professionalism, reinforcing the firm's commitment to responsiveness and reliability.
• Maintain brand consistency and tone across digital communications.
• Lead planning for the annual in-person technical conference for clients and business partners.
• Integrates SEO best practices into website copy, blog posts, service pages, and job listings to improve search rankings and lead generation.
• Conducts keyword research focused on engineering services and implements changes by updating the WordPress website.
• Analyzes website traffic using tools like Google Analytics to measure performance and refine content strategy.
• Produces clear and actionable recommendations and insights to optimize brand and marketing efforts.
• Crafts multimedia content and leads company presentations, project reports, proposal templates, newsletters, campaigns, and client communications using tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
• Supports digital advertising initiatives, including paid LinkedIn, Google Ads, and sponsored job postings.
• Aligns marketing efforts with strategic goals such as recruiting top talent, expanding service offerings, and brand promotion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience in B2B technical marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management, preferably in professional services.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Yoast, or SEMrush.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Ability to develop and maintain rapport with clients and partners.

Nice to Have

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
• Experience with paid digital advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Experience in technical marketing within engineering or industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management.
