About the Role

The Digital Marketing Communications Intern will be part of H.B. Fuller's global Hygiene, Health and Consumable (HHC) Adhesives Product Management and Marketing team, located at the Willow Lake campus in Vadnais Heights. The internship provides an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the adhesive industry, collaborate across departments, and work on impactful projects that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement. The program is a 12-week paid experience starting at the end of May, offering networking, professional development, and a pathway for future career opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create content pieces to support marketing campaigns, product launches, or customer e-learning, including social media posts, email marketing campaigns, sales sheets, sales presentations, blogs, and videos.
  • Assist in creating paid social media advertisements and report on social media growth data.
  • Manage the delivery of content to sales teams or via digital channels and measure the impact.
  • Lead projects to establish internal content management processes.
  • Provide feedback on brand consistency in outbound communications.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must be detailed-oriented and able to be a self-starter to complete projects.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Canva.
  • Must be comfortable doing video calls (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in video editing software.

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
