About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of data-driven digital engagement strategies. This individual will oversee marketing automation, campaign optimization, and customer journey personalization across multiple digital channels, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Meta social media platforms. The position involves analyzing performance metrics, extracting actionable insights, and using data to drive measurable results in a healthcare or growth company environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a holistic digital media strategy.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build campaigns to engage with potential customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content email ideas.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote the brand.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to craft compelling email content that drives opens, clicks, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign results to identify areas for improvement and measure success.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and send times to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work with agency partners to create and run paid media campaigns.
  • Update website content using WordPress.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, to optimize website content and videos for search engine rankings and organic traffic growth.
  • Analyze website traffic data and dashboards to evaluate performance and recommend updates.
  • Stay up to date with competitors' digital presence.
  • Utilize social media to attract potential patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and creating new content.
  • Experience creating and executing a social media strategy and calendar for Meta.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing data platforms for campaign measurement and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of engaging with potential customers at different stages of the journey.
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for turning data into insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Start-up or growth company experience is a plus.
