Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee website strategy, including content and user experience.
  • Analyze traffic and user behavior to create data-driven strategies for targeted marketing and lead generation.
  • Propose a comprehensive social media strategy plan, and execute once approved, to enhance brand awareness, manage reputation, and boost member engagement.
  • Generate analytics and use listening tools to gain insights and drive qualified leads and website traffic.
  • Manage data-driven digital advertising campaigns on platforms like social media and search engines, ensuring full compliance with financial industry regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and manage the full lifecycle of email campaigns, including e-newsletters and member communications.
  • Track key metrics to refine strategy and improve performance of email campaigns.
  • Research and apply AI tools to enhance marketing efforts and stay competitive online.
  • Develop and manage a cohesive digital signage strategy for all branch locations.
  • Lead the development of compelling digital content that tells the stories of our members and employees including: capturing, editing, and producing high-quality photos and videos that build trust and humanize our brand.
  • Collaborate with the Marketplace Engagement Manager to create and distribute educational content that empowers our members.
  • Assist in developing digital assets to support member events and programs.
  • Serve as the primary creator and editor for all digital photo and video content, from short-form social media clips to in-depth customer stories.
  • Develop a data-driven content strategy that supports digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage content to ensure it is optimized for various platforms and continuously analyze performance to refine future content and improve audience engagement.
  • Serve as the team's data expert by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing digital performance metrics from all channels.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to guide initiatives and influence overall marketing strategy.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations, highlighting trends, opportunities for improvement, and predictive analysis.
  • Provide hands-on support for all marketing team functions, including on-site assistance at internal and external events, helping with digital needs for campaigns, member programs, sponsorships, and educational opportunities.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, agriculture or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience preferred.
  • Proficient in digital marketing software and technologies, including Microsoft Office suite and Adobe products.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, social media management and listening tools, and major social media platforms preferred.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Google Ads Certification are strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in photography and videography, including editing, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of current digital trends, including the use of AI.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
  • Experience managing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Responsible for maintaining confidentiality, security, and integrity of systems, data, and member-owner information.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, social media management and listening tools.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Google Ads Certification.
  • Skills in photography and videography, including editing.
  • Experience with AI tools in marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, agriculture or a related field preferred.
