Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote early childhood care and education initiatives.
• Create and manage web content, ensuring alignment with content strategy and performance goals.
• Utilize SEO techniques and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and improve website performance.
• Plan content and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and outreach.
• Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, storytelling quality, and accuracy.
• Perform basic graphic editing using Photoshop and/or Illustrator to support content needs.
• Collaborate with multiple agencies and organizations to coordinate messaging and campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in web content writing or digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of SEO, content strategy, website editing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience in content planning and performance tracking.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Documented experience in copywriting and proofreading.
• Basic graphic editing skills with Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Documented work experience relating to early childhood care and education.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content for a range of different audiences.
• Documented strong collaboration skills to work with customers across multiple agencies/organizations.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with artificial intelligence language tools for content generation and enhancement.
