Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Marketing with all digital marketing strategies.
• Manage the hotel's websites and two additional outlet restaurant websites, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimizing for conversions, and implementing SEO and visual content strategies.
• Manage, schedule, and enhance the hotel's presence on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), engaging with the audience and fostering brand loyalty.
• Facilitate influencer stays by vetting, coordinating reservations, and managing agreements.
• Manage content development across digital platforms, including social media and seasonal website transitions, working with photography and videography vendors.
• Support the deployment of monthly email marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and conversions.
• Monitor digital marketing performance, analyze data, and generate reports to assess ROI and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Support sales and catering teams with creating flyers, sales incentive sheets, and signage using Canva.

Requirements

• Previous CMS experience with websites is required.
• Previous social media management experience is required.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• Experience with Canva or other graphic design software is a plus.
• Photography skills and experience with photoshoots and content creation are a plus.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• University/College degree in a related discipline is a plus.
