About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, producing, and maintaining digital marketing programs to stimulate business growth. Reporting to the Senior Vice-President of Marketing, this role oversees brand standards, imagery, and digital content across websites, social media, emails, influencer marketing, and mobile apps. The position involves supervising marketing staff, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the company's online presence is effective, engaging, and aligned with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements digital marketing strategies.
  • Manages website optimization to ensure visual appeal, user-friendliness, and SEO effectiveness.
  • Oversees content creation including blog posts, videos, and infographics to attract and engage visitors.
  • Develops and executes social media engagement and growth strategies.
  • Plans, executes, and optimizes digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Utilizes web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, then uses this data to optimize strategies.
  • Keeps up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Collaborates with marketing team members, product development, sales, and customer service to achieve business goals.
  • Oversees PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media budgets in collaboration with the Marketing Vice-President and third parties.
  • Works with Digital Agency & IT Department to resolve website hosting issues.
  • Tracks online marketing results and provides reports and insights to management.
  • Develops and implements email marketing strategies, including content creation, list management, and campaign analysis.
  • Ensures email campaigns are compliant with industry standards and best practices.
  • Develops mobile app marketing strategies, manages mobile advertising, SMS marketing, push notifications, and mobile website optimization.
  • Develops social media strategies, manages paid campaigns, produces content, schedules posts, and interacts with followers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • College degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Management or supervisory experience required.
  • 5 or more years' experience in online marketing or website management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and online data analytic tools.
  • Knowledge of pay per click campaign tools and HTML.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Social media experience and understanding of best practices and trends.
  • Ability to write HTML.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Sales Force Email Software.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • College degree in Marketing or related field
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • 5+ years' experience in online marketing or website management
