About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be a highly organized and results-driven marketing professional responsible for managing advertising accounts, driving content marketing initiatives, and overseeing project workflows across internal and external clients. This role involves leading the development and execution of seamless, secure, and personalized digital experiences, with a focus on digital identity, user journeys, and media performance. The position is based in Kansas City, MO, and requires in-person presence at the company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including website management, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid search and social advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Make data-driven recommendations for ad budgets and targeting strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Utilize data to inform digital marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital assets and communications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, handle press releases, and manage public relations initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure campaign success and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand reach and customer base.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing activities and industry trends.
  • Plan and execute digital campaign initiatives across appropriate channels.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data to shape future strategies.
  • Manage content calendars across all digital marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content marketing best practices.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer skills relevant to digital marketing activities.

Nice to Have

  • Graphic design skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Master's degree (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and project management.
