Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Marketing with all digital marketing strategies.
• Manage the hotel's websites and two outlet restaurant websites, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimizing for conversions, and implementing SEO and visual content strategies.
• Manage, schedule, and enhance the hotel's presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), engaging with the audience and scheduling content.
• Facilitate influencer stays by coordinating reservations, vetting, and agreements.
• Manage content development across digital platforms, including social media and seasonal website updates, working with photography and videography vendors.
• Support the deployment of monthly email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Monitor digital marketing performance, analyze data, and generate reports to assess ROI and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Create marketing collateral such as flyers, sales incentive sheets, and signage using Canva to support sales and hotel operations.

Requirements

• Previous CMS experience with websites is required.
• Previous social media management experience is required.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Nice to Have

• Hospitality experience.
• Graphic design experience (Canva or other software).
• Photography skills and experience with photoshoots and content creation.
• University/College degree in a related discipline.
