About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager at RE/MAX, LLC is responsible for developing and executing consumer-centric digital marketing programs that include lead generation, brand awareness, SEM, social media advertising, marketing automation, and emerging technologies. The role supports regional development and company objectives around recruiting, retention, and franchise sales, working within a dynamic, industry-leading organization headquartered in Denver, Colorado. The position involves cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, campaign optimization, and vendor management to enhance RE/MAX's digital presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing programs focused on lead generation, review and sentiment management, business listings, SEM, content development, audience list maintenance, re-targeting, programmatic advertising, campaign optimization, social media advertising, media trafficking, and marketing automation.
  • Analyze and optimize digital media campaigns, both paid and earned, to generate leads and build brand awareness among consumers.
  • Recommend, develop, and optimize digital content tailored to specific audiences and landing pages across multiple marketing channels.
  • Manage traffic to landing pages and keep in-market creative updated.
  • Leverage business listing and data aggregation processes to drive traffic to remax.com and increase engagement actions.
  • Assess stakeholder needs for digital assets and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project completion on time.
  • Manage pixel implementation, platform linking, and Google Tag Manager setup for accurate tracking.
  • Support social media campaigns across paid channels and agent adoption efforts.
  • Develop digital training content for RE/MAX employees and franchisees.
  • Own and manage the Marketing Portal for RE/MAX affiliates and team members.
  • Support vendor management, creative/media activation, and trafficking processes for media campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign launches, identify creative sizes, and develop messaging across channels.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in online, digital, and social media execution.
  • Experience with HTML, PHP, and CSS is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, data reporting, and KPI analysis.
  • Experience with PPC (Google, Bing, Facebook Ads), retargeting, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong project management skills, familiarity with agile or scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of cross-browser and platform testing.
  • Intermediate CRM and database experience.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency to take projects from concept to implementation.
  • Consumer and B-to-B marketing experience.

Nice to Have

  • Google certifications.
  • Experience with HTML, PHP, and CSS.
  • Experience with agile or scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
