The Digital Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind FCS Financial's digital presence, from website to social media to email campaigns and digital advertising. You'll use data to guide decisions, creativity to craft compelling content, and vision to bring our brand to life. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee website strategy, including content and user experience, and analyze traffic and user behavior to create data-driven strategies for targeted marketing and lead generation.
  • Propose and execute a comprehensive social media strategy plan to enhance brand awareness, manage reputation, and boost member engagement.
  • Generate analytics and use listening tools to gain insights and drive qualified leads and website traffic.
  • Manage data-driven digital advertising campaigns on platforms like social media and search engines, ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations, and monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and manage the full lifecycle of email campaigns, including e-newsletters and member communications, tracking key metrics to refine strategies.
  • Research and apply AI tools to enhance marketing efforts and stay competitive online.
  • Develop and manage a cohesive digital signage strategy for all branch locations.
  • Lead the development of compelling digital content, including capturing, editing, and producing high-quality photos and videos that build trust and humanize the brand.
  • Collaborate with the Marketplace Engagement Manager to create and distribute educational content that empowers members.
  • Assist in developing digital assets to support member events and programs.
  • Serve as the primary creator and editor for all digital photo and video content, from social media clips to customer stories.
  • Develop a data-driven content strategy supporting digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage content to ensure platform optimization and analyze performance to refine future content and improve audience engagement.
  • Serve as the team's data expert by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing digital performance metrics, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Provide hands-on support for all marketing team functions, including assistance at internal and external events, digital needs for campaigns, member programs, sponsorships, and educational opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, agriculture or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in digital marketing software and technologies, including Microsoft Office suite and Adobe products.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, social media management and listening tools, and major social media platforms preferred.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Google Ads Certification are strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in photography and videography, including editing, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of current digital trends, including the use of AI.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
  • Experience managing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Responsible for maintaining confidentiality, security, and integrity of systems, data, and member-owner information.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital signage strategies.
  • Experience in agriculture or rural community-focused marketing.
  • Experience with digital content creation and editing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, agriculture or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of related experience (preferred).
