Today, we remain committed to designing and delivering high-quality faucets, sinks, tubs, and fixtures that complement every design style. www.kingstonbrass.com The Opportunity We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of Kingston's digital channels and be the key link between our in-house team and our external digital marketing agency. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, can self-manage, and has a proven track record of driving measurable results through PPC, SEO, email, SMS, content, and digital campaigns - while also being comfortable producing compelling creative assets. Who You Are You're a proactive, independent problem-solver who loves rolling up your sleeves and getting results. You understand digital marketing across multiple channels, know how to analyze performance, and can communicate effectively with both agencies and internal teams. You're highly organized, data-driven, and creative, with the ability to balance strategy, execution, and design. What You'll Do Own Digital Channels - Manage PPC, SEO, email, SMS, retargeting, and content campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand growth. Agency Liaison - Act as the day-to-day contact for our external digital marketing agency, ensuring strategy, execution, and reporting are aligned with Kingston's goals. Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns, tracking performance against ROAS and other KPIs. SEO & Content - Oversee keyword research, on-page optimization, and content development to improve organic rankings and visibility. Email & SMS Marketing - Develop and manage Klaviyo campaigns to grow customer retention, repeat purchases, abandon cart and engagement. Graphic Design - Create digital banners, social media graphics, email visuals, and promotional assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools. Analytics & Reporting - Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and translate results into actionable insights for leadership. Innovation - Leverage AI and new digital tools to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance. Collaboration - Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to align digital campaigns with launches, promotions, and company priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Digital Channels - Manage PPC, SEO, email, SMS, retargeting, and content campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house; agency background strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for digital asset creation.
  • Strong working knowledge of PPC (Google Ads, Bing), SEO, email/SMS, and paid social.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, SEMrush, Klaviyo, HubSpot, TripleWhale, or similar.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for branding and design.
  • Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and optimization.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
  • Experience in home improvement, interiors, or consumer products.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
