About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic, etc.) to drive traffic, reservations, and off-premise sales.
  • Monitor ROAS and CPL metrics and report performance.
  • Manage updates across 16+ brand websites, ensuring accuracy of menus, hours, promotions, and ADA compliance.
  • Audit and optimize content for SEO, usability, and conversion.
  • Partner with the loyalty platform (Punchh) to improve retention, acquisition, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Build automation flows, re-engagement strategies, and promo offers.
  • Work with local teams and creatives to enhance social voice and local relevance.
  • Monitor digital listings (Google Business Profile, Yelp, etc.) and manage reviews and reputation.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, creative requests, and digital rollout plans across all locations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficient in setting up ads in Meta and Google Ads.
  • Experience working with website CMS platforms (PopMenu or similar).
  • Knowledge of Punchh or other loyalty/CRM platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience reporting performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or locations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in analysis skills and project management.

Nice to Have

  • Restaurants or hospitality industry marketing experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
