Digital Marketing Manager DACH

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the omnichannel roadmap for DACH in alignment with the global and regional omnichannel strategy
• Create a smooth, outstanding customer experience across all digital channels, including a consistent tone and 'feel' that reflects KKI's digital engagement strategy
• Manage digital platforms and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) in the DACH region, including digital KPIs and performance-tracking
• Contribute innovative ideas to cross-functional brand teams for new digital marketing tactics that help deliver the strategy
• Explore AI opportunities for pharma marketing in rare diseases, including patient and HCP identification, customer insights and engagement, disease awareness, and HCP and patient education

Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in business, (digital) marketing, IT, communication, media management or related field, natural sciences, medicine or other pharma-related discipline
• Solid experience in digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or in Life-Sciences-related marketing agencies with a focus on strategy, implementation, campaign and material development, and digital performance tracking
• Strong business acumen, with experience in driving commercial success through digital strategies
• Passionate about contributing to the team and to Kyowa Kirin's purpose of 'making people smile'
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in German and English
• Ability to travel occasionally, mainly in the DACH-region
