Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across web, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, paid advertising, content marketing, and other channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
• Monitor and optimize website performance through SEO and SEM strategies to ensure high visibility in search engine results pages.
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, promotions, and online advertising campaigns, including paid social media advertising and Google Ads, focusing on ROI and KPIs.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated workflows, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Operate as the company's marketing automation specialist and maintain the email marketing database.
• Create compelling content such as e-blasts, posts, videos, infographics, and more to engage audiences across digital platforms.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, maintain digital dashboards, conduct competitive research, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Update and maintain WordPress sites and other web properties, ensuring content accuracy, branding consistency, and website performance.
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Apply critical thinking to assess challenges and opportunities, evaluate data, and adapt strategies for optimal outcomes.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with digital, marketing, and sales teams to execute integrated campaigns and foster a collaborative environment.
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in B2C digital marketing with successful campaign track record.
• Expert knowledge of digital marketing concepts, multimedia platforms, SEO/SEM techniques, and tools.
• Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with program development, email marketing, marketing automation, paid advertising, website maintenance, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, WordPress, Elementor, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other digital/web analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Multimedia skills such as photography, videography, animation, or design are a plus.
