About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, Google Ads, and email marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
• Utilize Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee CRM marketing efforts to ensure effective audience segmentation and personalized communication.
• Develop and optimize content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience needs.
• Monitor trends in digital marketing and adopt innovative techniques to stay ahead in the industry.

• Provide detailed reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign outcomes and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of agency experience in digital marketing.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, paid social media campaigns, and email marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms and audience segmentation strategies.
• Solid understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing dynamics.
• Ability to create data-driven strategies and analyze campaign performance.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage projects and teams effectively.
• Familiarity with technical marketing concepts and innovative digital trends.
