About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and executing consumer marketing campaigns and driving impactful marketing initiatives with internal and external partners to support an existing customer loyalty program. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and collaboration across various departments to enhance customer engagement and program effectiveness within a dynamic organization focused on vacation ownership and travel services at Travel + Leisure Co.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with various stakeholders to align on business goals and KPIs to build strategic plans.
  • Manage development of strategic campaigns and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize results.
  • Translate strategic opportunities into an annual calendar of marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Implement digital analytics to gain customer insights and provide data for decision making.
  • Manage and report on program performance metrics such as leads generated, conversions, bookings, and ROI.
  • Design and develop consumer-facing marketing programs across channels including media buys, SEO/PPC, email, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Audit, analyze, monitor, and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize key indicators.
  • Outline project requirements and provide design direction for content and digital assets.
  • Manage marketing projects to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
  • Oversee marketing programs through partner approval, legal review, and IT/security review.
  • Develop departmental presentations and provide feedback to senior leaders.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to maximize effectiveness and productivity.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners and vendors.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and training as needed.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting aligned with business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience leading marketing strategy to achieve goals.
  • Understanding of digital and social marketing landscape.
  • Experience working successfully across teams in a matrixed corporate environment.
  • Experience managing and coordinating with global marketing teams.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including digital marketing, campaign strategy, and loyalty program management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing vendor partnerships and/or direct reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use results to drive change.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
  • Ability to work effectively across regions with global counterparts.
  • Self-starter with the ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be results-driven, enjoy problem solving, and be passionate about challenges.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with a timeshare, hospitality, or online travel agency.
