Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform research, analyze, and test with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels.
• Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels.
• Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs.
• Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement.
• Leverage web analytics data to derive actionable insights to improve or maintain user experience and SEO.
• Coordinate emails/e-blasts and work with division leaders to track success of programs, incentives, and promotions.
• In-take and traffic marketing requests and manage deadlines from inception through completion.
• Administer and create collateral and other graphics as needed.
• Assist in maintaining all collateral supplies.
• Complete all tasks as assigned to support all marketing programs.

Requirements

• Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
• Proficiency with content management systems.
• Experience in planning and leading initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; experience in lieu of degree may be accepted.
• 5 years marketing experience required.
• Direct marketing/advertising experience in home building and/or property management preferred.
• Direct marketing experience in real estate or homebuilding industry required.
