About the Role

Digital Marketing Specialist at Synergy Homecare Franchising LLC is a temporary, remote role supporting the marketing team during a busy period. The position involves content creation, social media management, basic SEO support, and franchisee assistance, contributing to a mission-driven brand in a flexible environment. The role reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and focuses on maintaining digital momentum across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage quarterly content plans for social media, including video content creation and editing.
  • Schedule and publish content on social media channels in alignment with marketing strategy.
  • Monitor, moderate, and engage proactively on social media platforms.
  • Administer Facebook Group and Google Business credentials.
  • Update and post blog content on SHC.com with SEO optimizations monthly.
  • Assist with on-page SEO and franchise support through website content updates and microsite management.
  • Review and publish blogs in WordPress weekly.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly digital scorecards and competitive audits.
  • Manage marketing tickets, assign tasks, follow up, and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Maintain digital asset library, process documents, and templates in Marketing Central Resources.
  • Support the onboarding and process management for new locations and location changes.
  • Attend virtual and in-person meetings, including franchise conventions and training sessions.
  • Support the registration website and app for the Annual Franchise Convention.

Requirements

  • Experience with Canva, Sprout Social, and WordPress is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Business Profiles and Facebook Business Pages.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Email, Calendar, Drive).
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital video production or social media content creation.
  • Background in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
