About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and product announcements
• Collaborate with product teams to develop high-quality content
• Build and manage email templates, landing pages, and nurture flows
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging and engagement
• Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and industry best practices
• Manage accurate email lists to support deliverability and personalization
• Monitor key email/web metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions, sign-ups)
• Analyze performance and provide actionable reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, BenchmarkONE)
• Strong copywriting and content development skills
• Experience using CMS tools and Google Analytics
• Deep understanding of email best practices and audience targeting
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Must be detail-oriented and proactive
