Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively encourage and collaborate with internal teams to generate high-value, relevant content that resonates with our B2B audience.
  • Ensure that all content is effectively distributed and amplified across owned, earned, and paid channels (e.g., social media, email, partnerships).
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant platforms; plan and execute organic and paid strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Support and drive integrated campaigns that include digital advertising, SEM, and content marketing components.
  • Track performance across platforms, provide regular reporting, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance reach and impact.
  • Ensure consistent voice, tone, and messaging that aligns with our brand and positions us as a leader in our space.
  • Stay current on B2B marketing trends, competitor activity, and platform changes; bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong skillset in digital advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and SEM concepts.
  • Strong track record of driving content initiatives and amplifying organizational voice through digital channels.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media for brands, with a focus on LinkedIn and other B2B-relevant platforms.
  • Comfortable setting goals, tracking performance, and using data to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — and the ability to inspire action across teams.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices.
