About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the operational execution of Indago's marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. This role ensures the accurate implementation of strategies defined by the COO and the Business Strategy Partner (BSP), serving as the primary executor of digital content, brand identity, and promotional activities. The position involves maintaining and updating the corporate website, managing social media platforms, producing graphic and advertising materials, and monitoring performance indicators across platforms to support the company's visibility and engagement in the clinical research environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and oversee Company website, managing domain, hosting, and all technical administration related to the website.
  • Update site content regularly, including texts, images, graphics, presentations, and announcements, ensuring consistency with the Company Brand Guide.
  • Monitor and implement SEO best practices for visibility and optimization.
  • Track and report website performance through analytics tools, providing insights for decision-making.
  • Administer and manage Company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, others).
  • Manage and maintain the professional profiles of Company key figures on LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring alignment with the Brand Guide.
  • Design, produce, and publish posts, campaigns, and updates based on content provided by COO and BSP.
  • Create graphic pieces for posts and campaigns in line with the Company Brand Guide.
  • Manage paid campaigns, including budget allocation, execution, and monitoring results.
  • Track metrics and performance across platforms, preparing monthly reports.
  • Serve as community manager: respond to comments, messages, and manage public interaction.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for social media crisis management.
  • Design and execute strategies to drive social media audiences to the Company website and LinkedIn Profile.
  • Translate institutional/scientific content into engaging social media formats to increase traffic.
  • Optimize linking practices, post timing, and content packaging to increase visibility of website updates and publications.
  • Track and report performance using KPIs such as website visits, click-through rates, and engagement, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and execute digital initiatives highlighting collaborations with sponsors, CROs, and vendors.
  • Create and publish strategic posts that tag and reference partners to reinforce credibility.
  • Monitor and amplify third-party mentions of the Company, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Create advertising pieces, announcements, and graphic materials in accordance with campaigns and strategies.
  • Update and adapt graphic materials for brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Support branding and communication for HR, BD, and Patient Recruitment events.
  • Assist with multimedia projects (videos, photography, vendor).
  • Manage vendor/agency selection, request quotes, and review agreements for external services.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot, tracking results and measuring impact.
  • Prepare monthly reports on website performance, social media campaigns, advertisements, and email campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing (digital and traditional) or sales in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
  • Knowledge of SEO tools and best practices for on-page optimization.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and HubSpot.
  • Strong ability to use analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, GA4, social dashboards).
  • Proven ability to manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with digital networking practices on professional platforms, including tagging and partner visibility strategies.
  • Understanding of crisis management practices for social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to multitask and work after hours and weekends when needed.

Qualifications
