Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact on Paid Media Team for all International activities and act as internal expert on the International digital landscape.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, brand management team, Sales, and media agency to understand strategies for Consumer Skincare brands in international markets and help deliver results through brand and performance marketing.
• Coordinate with Digital Shelf Content Manager and vendors on review generation programs and share of voice.
• Participate in weekly broker meetings, wrap-up meetings, monthly agency meetings, and bi-weekly international marketing alignment meetings to ensure project timelines and deliverables are on track.
• Attend and support retailer pre-planning, annual line-reviews, mid-year and end-of-year performance reviews, and key retailer market meetings.
• Collaborate with Digital Shelf Content Manager and Creative team to ensure brands' presence on 3rd-party retailer sites supports key strategic initiatives, product launches, top sellers, seasonal campaigns, and trends.
• Analyze data from ad platforms, internal sales data, and industry trends, and make active recommendations aligned with brand strategies and financial goals.
• Monitor, review, and optimize all paid marketing channels.
• Optimize retailer brand websites and Amazon content for conversion.
• Manage all aspects of creative delivery for projects, including writing creative briefs, presenting to the creative team, collaborating to resolve questions, and ensuring final deliverables meet needs.
• Monitor industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Utilize analytics to monitor traffic, customer behavior, sales trends, and feedback to gain consumer insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' directly related experience.
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and analytical with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Up to 10% travel, including travel to Canada.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with digital advertising, including Google Ads, social ad platforms, etc.
• Familiarity with Canadian market.
• Basic understanding of French language.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and online marketing metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Time-management and prioritization skills, with experience delivering to strict deadlines.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and move projects forward effectively and efficiently.
• Salsify experience.
