Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging digital content across email, social media, and other marketing channels to connect with audiences of dealers, the design community, and homeowners.
• Plan, build, and execute email campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support product launches.
• Develop and manage customer journeys, list segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on email campaign metrics and apply insights to improve results.
• Create various forms of engaging content (text, video, images) for Facebook and Instagram with a focus on organic growth.
• Monitor, respond, and engage in online conversations with customers, fostering a strong community.
• Maintain an established posting schedule of 2-3 posts per week per platform.
• Monitor and share content posted by customers that feature our products and establish relationships with active followers to develop a strong online community and potential collaborations.
• Use storytelling, mood board design, and graphic design to produce high-quality posts.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create assets that fulfill corporate goals across digital platforms.
• Assist in website and digital advertising initiatives as needed.
• Monitor and proactively increase traffic, growth, and engagement performance across all digital accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3+ years proven work experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on email marketing and social media management.
• Excellent time management, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Strong graphic design skills for digital media (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience in email marketing platforms.
• Experience with multiple social media platforms.
• Experience writing advertising copy and/or proofreading.
• Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
