About the Role

Perma-Chink Systems (PCS) is a national specialty building supply manufacturer serving homeowners of log and timber frame homes, as well as commercial builders and contractors worldwide. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. The Digital Media & Webmaster Specialist will be responsible for leading digital marketing campaigns, maintaining and optimizing the website, and creating engaging digital experiences to enhance PCS's online presence. This role involves blending design, web development, and marketing skills to connect with the audience and elevate the brand in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute eye-catching email campaigns using Constant Contact or similar platforms.
Assist with writing and editing content for newsletters, blogs, press releases, and other marketing materials.
Maintain and update the WordPress website, managing plug-ins, Google APIs, and custom CSS.
Ensure the website performs smoothly, remains secure, and displays flawlessly across browsers.
Build and optimize landing pages that drive conversions and user engagement.
Grow and manage the company's presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Design visuals and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
Monitor digital performance metrics, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, web development, and content creation.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to grammar and brand voice consistency.
Solid front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and extensive WordPress experience.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms and CRM tools such as Constant Contact and Mailchimp.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

Nice to Have

Experience with MS Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or ERP systems.

Qualifications

Experience with CRM software, email marketing, CSS, WordPress, web development, and writing skills.

$50,000-$70,000 yearly salary based on experience, plus annual profit-share bonus.
