About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is responsible for developing quality, on-brand content to attract healthcare professionals and facilities, increasing brand awareness, promoting company values, and creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience. The role involves initiating effective marketing campaigns through social media and blog channels to translate business goals and communications to internal and external audiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Work across integrated teams to drive storytelling and community connection via social content and presence.
  • Keep up-to-date with social media best practices and educate team members and clients accordingly.
  • Ensure procedural, content, and strategic standards are upheld on social media platforms.
  • Leverage tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office to create engaging social media content (copy and visuals).
  • Boost content in line with the Recruitment Marketing strategic plan, primarily on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement the company's social media plan and guidelines to drive meaningful results.
  • Generate communications including strategic recommendations, industry insights, and stakeholder updates on social activities.
  • Analyze social media performance data and develop reports with insights for optimization.
  • Research top influencers, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Assist with other team duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing, or related fields.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in community management and organic social media.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with flawless grammar and proofreading abilities.
  • Strong time management and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to make quick, smart decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Social Media Management Systems and social listening tools such as Hubspot and Sprout Social.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields (preferred but not required).
  • 2-3+ years of experience in community management and social media.
