About the Role
Barn2Door is a high growth food+tech startup with headquarters in Nashville, TN. We offer an all-in-one solution to help Independent Farmers manage and scale their direct-to-market business. Barn2Door provides software and services to help Farmers create and promote their brand, sell online and in person and save time managing their business. We are looking for people passionate about the intersection of local Food, Farming and Technology. Serving 1000's of Farmers across all 50 states, our goal is to make it easy to buy local Food directly from local Farms. Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, executing, and tracking of the marketing department's campaigns & projects.
- Assist in managing meeting agendas and running meetings.
- Manage content on various content management systems (CMS).
- Spearhead content generation, creating compelling, SEO-optimized content such as blogs, eBooks, and podcast scripts.
- Create engaging copy for digital marketing materials, including websites, emails, and social media posts.
- Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement and followership.
- Play a key role in supporting our marketing partnerships by collaborating on partner-focused content and opportunities.
- Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong preference for experience in an e-commerce environment.
- Experience using technology and productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies and tactics.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like HubSpot.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to produce clean, compelling copy for blogs, web pages, emails, and social media.
- Strong interpersonal skills to help manage partner relationships.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and an understanding of strategies for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Nice to Have
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools to assist with content ideation, SEO keyword research, and copy generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
