About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Trulieve is responsible for executing omni-channel marketing initiatives, including email and SMS campaigns, Rewards program messaging, and in-store digital touchpoints. The role involves managing performance-driven campaigns through CDP/CRM platforms and delivering actionable reporting. This position supports the company's mission to provide relief to patients through natural, carefully cultivated products and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand compliance and messaging consistency. The role is remote, with regional focus on the Northeast, and offers a flexible work schedule with benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy promotional messaging across email and SMS channels in alignment with marketing calendars.
  • Coordinate Rewards program communications and in-store digital touchpoints.
  • Manage performance-based campaigns using CDP/CRM platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and conversion outcomes.
  • Develop and execute geo-targeted messaging strategies for store-specific promotions.
  • Create product-focused campaigns based on inventory, launches, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines, market-specific compliance, and tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with in-market marketing vendors to coordinate deliverables such as creative assets, promotional calendars, and design elements.
  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist - Northeast to align on regional strategies and provide regular updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with exposure to CRM and omni-channel campaign execution (email, SMS, Rewards/loyalty/analytics).
  • Familiarity with CDP and/or CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaborative work skills.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with performance-driven campaign management.
  • Knowledge of in-store digital touchpoints and regional marketing strategies.
