DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on generating high-quality inbound leads through paid and organic social media, email campaigns, and website landing pages.
• Own and manage the social media content calendar, grow the follower base on channels like YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and serve as the point person for the content platform, Sappy Crankin.
• Act as the primary liaison with outsourced creative and web development partners, including Advisor XL, to manage website updates and ensure a clear alignment between strategy and execution.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as campaign volume, lead volume, and digital engagement, using data and analytics to tell a story of campaign success and areas for improvement.
• Assist in managing a subset of the marketing budget for paid social campaigns and develop a strategy to support a case for increased ad spend.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools and content platforms.
