About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Bring content to life by managing and updating websites, mobile apps, and social media channels.
• Create, schedule, and post digital content that inspires and engages a global audience.
• Help track and analyze key performance metrics to see how efforts are reaching people.
• Support global marketing teams, share best practices, and identify opportunities for broader ministry impact.
• Learn and apply digital tools like SEO, push notifications, and CMS systems to strengthen online presence.
• Contribute ideas and energy to a mission-driven team passionate about digital ministry.

Requirements

• An associate degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, social media, Microsoft Office, and basic HTML/CSS.
• A strong understanding of social media platforms and effective usage.
• A heart for ministry: living out biblical values, engaging with Scripture, and demonstrating spiritual growth.
• A collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing and content strategy.

Nice to Have

• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of SEO and push notifications.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills.
