About the Role

Must speak Mandarin(Chinese) and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish sending rules, timing strategies, and audience segmentation for email, SMS, and app push notifications.
  • Track and analyze monthly performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data analysis to improve ROI.
  • Manage and execute online advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM platforms.
  • Generate monthly performance reports for internal evaluation.
  • Continuously optimize digital campaigns based on performance data.
  • Create marketing materials and ensure proper implementation.
  • Develop social media strategies tailored to local markets.
  • Execute localized market operations and community management.
  • Collaborate with external digital agency to ensure technical SEO excellence.
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development to generate quality leads through video production, email marketing, and targeted digital advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English.
  • Experience with HubSpot & Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong multitasking & time management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset — aligning digital marketing efforts with business goals.

Nice to Have

  • Strong SEO expertise: technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
  • Deep paid search (PPC) knowledge: Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Proficiency with Creative Suite: Canva, Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Multi-channel expertise: Mobile marketing, Email marketing, PPC marketing, Social media marketing, Content marketing, Search engine optimization (SEO).

Qualifications

  • Ability to commute to New York, NY 10018 (Required).
  • Ability to relocate to New York, NY 10018 before starting work (Required).
