Smoothie Spot is a fast-growing healthy restaurant brand with 13+ locations across Miami-Dade and Broward. Our mission is simple: Serving real, wholesome meals that nourish the body and support today's fast, active lifestyle. We pride ourselves on using only olive oil (no seed oils), no added sugar in smoothies, and making everything fresh daily. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will take charge of our online presence by managing SEO and paid ad campaigns while leveraging AI-powered tools for smarter, faster optimizations. This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity with cutting-edge technology to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
Use AI platforms (AdCreative.ai, Revealbot, Jasper, etc.) to generate ad creatives, copy, and campaign optimizations.
Test audiences, creatives, and budgets to maximize ROI.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website/blog content.
Improve search rankings and organic traffic with on-page and off-page strategies.
Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console.
Use AI-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations.
Work closely with in-house designer and social media creator.
Align campaigns with promotions, events, and overall brand strategy.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Comfortable using AI marketing tools to enhance ad performance.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
Excellent written English for ad copy and SEO content.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI platforms such as AdCreative.ai, Revealbot, Jasper.

Qualifications

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
