About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Specialist on the Aftermarket Integrated Marketing team at Daimler Truck North America, you will drive digital customer engagement by fostering innovation, integration, and impact across all customer interactions. The role involves collaborating across the global organization, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and delivering a unified digital experience to meet targeted objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of Daimler Truck North America's aftermarket websites to ensure optimal performance and alignment with digital marketing goals.
  • Lead customer application strategy, design, and development for websites and applications, including navigation, user interface, customer journey, benchmarking, design, and mobile optimization.
  • Manage priorities and guide development sprints.
  • Establish and grow customer relationships across all digital channels and ensure consistency in digital customer contact points.
  • Support defining and exploring future digital platforms such as websites, mobile, and social applications.
  • Oversee search engine optimization for the DTNA Parts website, including coordinating with brand teams and external agencies to optimize copy and perform keyword research.
  • Support ongoing application beta and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality application performance.
  • Collaborate with business groups across DTNA and their agencies to coordinate updates and align digital strategies.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by aligning website content with campaigns and tracking performance.
  • Lead analytics efforts to develop and monitor KPIs through digital dashboards, providing insights, tracking growth trends, and measuring digital activity.
  • Develop and implement customer-initiated lead generation strategies, including form management and testing across platforms.
  • Oversee project budgets, including maintenance and consulting contracts, and manage purchasing in accordance with procurement processes.
  • Provide project management support for special projects, marketing programs, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in group leadership, project management, or mentoring.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially with websites and mobile applications.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects across business areas and with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing marketing or digital agencies and third-party providers.
  • Experience developing or directing analytics.
  • Knowledge of digital/mobile marketing, including websites and applications.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design, testing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or Umbraco and UI design tools like Figma.
  • Basic understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, and data analysis/visualization tools.

Nice to Have

  • An advanced degree in marketing or business.
  • Experience and understanding of UI/UX design, testing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or Umbraco and UI design tools such as Figma.
  • Basic understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.

Qualifications

  • Educational background: BS/BA preferred, with 5-7 years of relevant experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.

  • Starting salary range of $95,000 - $121,000 USD, dependent on experience.
