About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist with paid media campaign development, management, and reporting through various channels, including email marketing campaigns in Marketo and supporting campaign-related page development. The role is part of the Surest B2B growth team, interfacing with the Internal Media Team that focuses on lead generation for Account Partners through product marketing, campaign development, and sales support. The position is based in Hopkins, MN, with potential to work from Englewood, CO, and involves managing multiple digital marketing channels and tools in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage paid media campaigns for Surest and assist with requests from E&I local markets, Regional Marketing Managers, and Regional Marketing Directors across channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, StackAdapt, YouTube, Yahoo, and others.
  • Develop assets, implement program automation, and manage email marketing campaigns in Marketo, including monthly newsletters, internal newsletters, lead generation and nurture campaigns, and lead forms/lead form automation.
  • Build emails in Chamaileon for import into Marketo to run programs.
  • Build, publish, and manage campaign landing pages using Adobe Experience Manager/Edge Delivery Services.
  • Manage and update website pages, including blog and core site pages for various audiences, using SharePoint and other tools.
  • Handle campaign reporting using Adobe Analytics, Domo, and other platforms to produce comprehensive performance reports.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience with Marketo.
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with and comfort working in a fast-paced environment that tests, learns, and pivots quickly.
  • Self-starter with the ability to interpret instructions and operate autonomously.
  • Critical thinking skills to recognize opportunities for process improvement and take initiative.
  • Experience working with large-scale paid media campaigns.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, StackAdapt, YouTube, Yahoo.
  • Experience with website management, including building and publishing pages.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline (preferred).
