About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has opened within Macquarie Asset Management for a Digital Marketer who is passionate about marketing technology to join a high performing and collaborative team responsible for growth and client engagement for industry-leading products across infrastructure and real assets, green investments, credit, insurance and real estate through our public-facing websites. The team actively seeks to challenge and support one another to elevate continuously the work we do, and we are invested in each other's success and wellbeing. This role involves managing digital experiences for Macquarie Asset Management's public-facing websites in North America & EMEA, developing strategies for campaigns and content, overseeing web changes, monitoring performance, and partnering with stakeholders to develop technical features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders including investment portfolio managers, senior sales leaders, marketing experts, and delivery partners to develop and execute web-based campaigns.
  • Manage the digital experience for Macquarie Asset Management's public-facing websites in North America & EMEA.
  • Develop strategies for new campaign and content pages.
  • Oversee the execution of web changes and monitor website performance.
  • Develop optimizations to enhance website performance and partner with internal teams to develop a backlog of technical features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience working in a fast-paced Growth Marketing team, ideally with experience delivering web-based campaigns.
  • Understanding of web best practices including UX/UI design, search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization, SEO, CRO, web performance, copywriting, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with tools such as Figma, AEM, Google Analytics, and SEMRush.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance, communicating outcomes, and adapting strategies accordingly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with content management systems like AEM.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end digital campaigns.
