About the Role
Join our growing team of SEO Specialists and Website Designers at One Click Inc in Germantown, WI, as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This full-time, onsite position involves helping clients expand their online presence through SEO, PPC, content marketing, and website optimization. We seek a reliable, knowledgeable, and independent thinker passionate about marketing and business growth, committed to client satisfaction and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized
- Preparing detailed strategy reports
- Managing workflow processes of SEO and Google Ads
- Identifying powerful keywords to drive valuable traffic
- Running PPC campaigns
- Writing compelling calls-to-action to convert visitors
- Optimizing website content
- Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites, and social media accounts
- Developing link building strategies
- Creating Facebook/Instagram posts for clients
- Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
- Staying updated on white hat and black hat SEO strategies to remain within search engine guidelines
- Communicating with clients monthly about work done and future plans
- Addressing client questions and concerns about our services
Requirements
- Experience with analytics and SEO best practices
- Knowledge of SEO software
- Strong copywriting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn new programs and research SEO techniques
- Experience optimizing WordPress websites
- Reliable travel and ability to be onsite from 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday
- Ability to sign a non-compete agreement
Nice to Have
- Experience with content repurposing
- Experience with link building
- Experience with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
- Experience with social media content marketing
- Knowledge of Google Ads
- Experience with search engine marketing (SEM) strategy development
