Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and publish digital marketing content with appealing descriptions and visuals.
• Collaborate with vendors for the creation of SEO, SEM, ILS, and display campaigns.
• Audit lead and contact lists, segmentation, and clean up.
• Optimize marketing performance and document findings and adjustments.
• Manage online business listings with platforms such as Google Business Places, Yelp, and Facebook.
• Audit and validate marketing costs for key campaigns and channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative execution with marketing goals.
• Maintain consistent and on-brand messaging for each community.

Requirements

• Digital marketing expertise.
• Marketing strategy and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills with a customer service-focused mentality.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years of digital marketing experience or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience or equivalent.
