About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist's role is to maximize outreach and revenue through various platforms, such as, but not limited to IQAir.com, Amazon.com, Google campaigns and social media options. The role involves creating profitable advertising campaigns to drive digital engagement and product sales, displaying products on e-commerce platforms, and providing customer-focused experiences, promotions, offers, and merchandising solutions across IQAir's e-commerce channels. IQAir has been a leader in improving indoor air quality for over 60 years, aiming to help people breathe cleaner, healthier air. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital promotional strategies to ensure increased sales, profitability, and competitiveness in the market.
  • Ensure online marketplaces are maintained in an organized and logical manner consistent with department merchandising plans and brand strategy.
  • Develop, negotiate, and execute digital advertising plans working cross-functionally with pricing, promotions, and marketing departments.
  • Assist in online website content management, including product enhancement, photographs, and up-to-date product information.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to review, optimize, and implement Google campaigns for maximum ROI and exposure.
  • Build IQAir's social media presence by working with influencers and managing social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate resources to align purchasing considerations with promotional, seasonal, ad, and display programs.
  • Monitor costs and pricing integrity to maintain appropriate margins and ensure profitability of marketing campaigns.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the customer journey to purchase, identify gaps, and make recommendations.
  • Drive overall customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing efforts to engage customers across digital channels.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to recommend strategic changes in marketing and advertising.
  • Create and maintain reports and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital merchandising activities.
  • Research competitors' sites and merchandising strategies.
  • Manage digital collateral and other projects as assigned.
  • Travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Amazon marketplaces and/or Facebook ads.
  • 3+ years of consumer products experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge of Amazon.com processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the retail category development process.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently.
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment drug and background screening.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developing and executing digital advertising plans.
  • Experience working with influencers and social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and gap analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Amazon marketplaces and/or Facebook ads.

  • Demonstrated understanding of retail category development.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
