Key Responsibilities

Support Product Owner decision making by identifying experience friction points or opportunities for optimization using heat maps, session recordings, A/B test results, and web analytics.
Analyze page path reports to identify common and dead-end paths.
Support in reviewing web feedback reports from Customer Service and recommend improvements.
Create wireframes and design prototypes in Figma based on analytics and testing results.
Build out and develop Figma design components in collaboration with front-end development.
Support Digital Production Team on new product launches and content updates.
Understand key messages and goals of launches to recommend website changes.
Update residential sites and dealer portals through a content management system.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to finalize design, execute, and implement content changes.
Design and code a quarterly newsletter for a Residential Business Unit.
Meet with Digital Production Team to align on email content goals.
Collaborate with partners to design, code, proof, and incorporate feedback for email campaigns.
Work with Digital Managers on list curation for email marketing.

Requirements

Previous internship experience in a relevant function.
Pursuing a 4-year degree with a preferred current standing of Junior level.
Strong writing and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have

Experience with web analytics tools and A/B testing.
Knowledge of Figma or other design tools.
Experience with content management systems.
Basic front-end development skills.

Qualifications

Current pursuit of a 4-year degree, preferably at the Junior level.
