About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist Internship at Springs Window Fashions offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to gain valuable work experience in a fast-paced consumer products company. Key Responsibilities

Support Product Owner decision making by identifying experience friction points or opportunities for optimization using web analytics, heat maps, session recordings, and A/B test results
Analyze page path reports to identify common and dead-end paths
Review web feedback reports from Customer Service and recommend improvements
Create wireframes and design prototypes in Figma based on analytics and testing results
Build out and develop Figma design components in collaboration with front-end development
Support the Digital Production Team on new product launches and content updates
Assist in updating residential sites and dealer portals through a content management system
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to finalize design, execute, and implement content changes
Design and code a quarterly newsletter for a Residential Business Unit
Meet with the Digital Production Team to align on goals for email content
Route the newsletter for proofing, incorporate feedback, and work with Digital Managers on list curation

Requirements

Previous internship experience in a relevant function
Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Junior level
Strong writing and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Nice to Have

Experience with web analytics tools and testing platforms
Knowledge of Figma or other design tools
Experience with content management systems

Qualifications

Current pursuit of a 4-year degree, preferably at the Junior level
