Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & SEM Focus)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns that deliver results.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Write and refine ad copy and web content for visibility and performance.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
• Manage tracking and analytics in Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for the team and clients.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and developers to align digital strategy with big-picture goals.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong SEO and SEM focus.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager (or willingness to complete within 90 days).
• Experience and proven success with email marketing and automation.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Meta Blueprint certification.
• CRO/UX knowledge.
• Experience with tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
