About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist - Website plays a key role in supporting the execution of SoundOff Signal's website strategy, managing content, and overseeing day-to-day updates to enhance user experience and optimize user journeys. This role involves leading the ongoing optimization and growth of multiple websites and portals to serve as a key channel for driving revenue for a global customer base. Reporting to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, the specialist ensures seamless content management, site functionality, and performance improvements, with a passion for UI/UX and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly updates and maintains website content through the CMS, monitors content on the live site, develops a process to refresh stale content, and troubleshoots or escalates issues to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Oversees the creation and optimization of web and portal pages for new product launches, collaborating with product marketing and brand teams to ensure graphics, copy, and presentation are aligned with brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to enhance websites and global infrastructure, creating business requirements, mockups of wireframes, web page designs, and workflows to improve content, design, and user experience.
  • Supports internal efforts for UI/UX mapping and design, ensuring website features and functionalities meet user needs and increase satisfaction.
  • Leads and manages website projects, coordinating efforts between internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution and timely delivery.
  • Evaluates website performance by tracking key metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize user experience and drive business growth.
  • Works with market managers to recommend and execute digital campaigns aimed at increasing revenue.
  • Develops and follows processes for quality testing and website audits.
  • Manages SEO tactics to improve online visibility and search engine ranking.
  • Continuously monitors and analyzes competitor websites to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists with budget management and resource allocation for website initiatives.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned to support website operations and digital marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, web design, development, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of website management experience, preferably in B2B within a global or multi-market context.
  • Experience with customer/dealer portals is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, B2B Commerce, and various CMS platforms such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, WordPress, and Craft.
  • Basic front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and visual alignment with brand principles.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience using GA4, GTM, GSC, and Salesforce to assess data and evaluate website performance.
  • Experience with database-driven websites and proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to website performance, hosting, and integrations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and vendors.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, data privacy laws, and marketing compliance best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to perform consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.
  • Comfortable working in a mostly office environment with occasional light manufacturing environment, hybrid or remote work possible.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with mostly normal business hours and occasional flexible hours.

  • Experience with B2B commerce platforms and customer/dealer portals.
  • Experience with front-end development and release processes.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and digital campaign tools.

Qualifications
