Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media marketing trends and adapt strategies to leverage viral moments or relevant hashtags in order to optimize content and campaigns
• Track website traffic, social media metrics, and sales to evaluate success
• Oversee influencer marketing strategies
• Use tools like GA4 (formerly Google Analytics), Meta Business Suite, and other platforms to track and analyze social media metrics, sales, and campaign performance
• Present performance reports with actionable recommendations to the social media team to help increase overall performance
• Engage with followers to build community and drive loyalty

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent years of practical relevant experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing Strategy
• Must be versed in current social media platforms and trends and have a track record of successful social media management in a similar role
• Must be able to quickly adapt to new social media and related platforms as trends shift
• Familiarity with the fashion or retail industry
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and writing skills, ability to respond to inquiries with little or no oversight
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), GA4 (previously Google Analytics), Meta Business Suite
• Strong ability to analyze data and understanding of KPI's, traffic metrics and SEO as it relates to social media efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent years of practical relevant experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing Strategy
