The Capgemini Financial Services (FS) DCX Marketing Agency is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Technical Architect to lead a team of developers and DBAs, responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications, APIs, and databases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy scalable .NET-based web applications and websites.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support system and service integration.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to implement responsive interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
Develop controllers and APIs to support business logic and data flow in middle-tier logic.
Design and manage SQL Server databases, including tables, views, and stored procedures.
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues in both production and development environments.
Mentor and guide developers and DBAs to build highly scalable and resilient applications.
Assist project managers and technical project managers in client-facing conversations for effort estimation, requirements gathering, and analysis.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
At least 5+ years of experience leading development teams.
Proven expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
Strong experience with SQL Server or other relational and non-relational databases.
Proficient with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS cloud platform utilizing AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS), Lambda functions.
Familiarity with Docker Desktop.
Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with testing frameworks like NUnit or xUnit.
Application of techniques to comply with WCAG 2.2 and ADA accessibility guidelines, and SEO best practices.
Understanding of good customer experience principles to build user-centric features.
Experience integrating with analytics, campaign tracking, A/B testing, and enterprise martech tools like email marketing platforms, CRM, and CMS.
